It's time we women took back our power! I now honour that time myself and use it to get in touch with myself whether by pampering myself or just internalising my energy at the time. Since reading in the book Skinny Bitch about not taking pain killers but sucking it up and being brave as it is the body's natural way of preparing us for childbirth I have not used them since! It's tough but so am I! :) Hear, hear….I agree!
