The same idea could be used anywhere in the oceans there is floating debris or partially submerged debris. It isn't a how to but maybe someone with the money time and creativity will use the idea and clean up the oceans of what is there now. To prevent further pollution like this, we as people have to stop being so wasteful. It's hard I know but it can be done.
