		<description>It is easy to forget that we "belong" somewhere.  It's easy to forget that we come from somewhere else and that we are forever linked to our individual pasts.

Whatever else is true, whoever we become, or however rarely we think about it, we're all part of something larger than our current day to day "adult" lives.

Thanks for sharing your story.  It reminded me that there is (or should be) more to my relationship with my family than an occasional card or phone call.</description>
